- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to see Angus for advice on lower back pain, I wanted advice on the way I walked, as knew I had to get this sorted to make my daily life. pain free.Angus recommended I get orthotics, clearly explaining about the way I was walking and what was causing me pain, he showed me stretching exercises to do, and the type of footwear I should look for, suitable for my feet and orthotics. My lower back pain has gone, orthotics are doing there job, I feel as if Im walking a lot taller, no more round shoulders for me!!!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Thanks Angus Ben loves his orthotics. He hates going without them. When he goes without them his knees and legs ache. He had a soccer carnival a few months ago and spent the whole time in his soccer boots, he didn't go to school the next day as he was in a world of hurt. I am blown away how much they help.
